Antonio Lopez Saldana, age 74, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026. He was born on June 13, 1951, in Brownsville, Texas, to Manuel Rodriguez Saldana and Zulema Lopez Saldana, who preceded him in death.
Antonio was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He shared a loving marriage with his wife, Teresa Cline Saldana, and together they built a life grounded in faith, family, and quiet joy. He was a proud father to Mark (Rebekah) Saldana, Pauline (David) Moxley, Rachel (Daniel) Gralapp, and John Fee, and a cherished grandfather to 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought him immense pride and happiness.
He is also survived by his beloved sisters, Olga (Jerry) Kizer and Sulema (George) Carpenter, with whom he shared a lifelong bond of love and support.
Antonio dedicated more than 40 years of his life to his career, retiring as a Quality Assurance Manager in the modular mobile home industry. Known for his strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail, he earned the respect of colleagues and friends alike.
A faithful member of Grace Lutheran Church in Arlington, Texas, Antonio lived his life guided by faith and kindness. In his free time, he found peace and joy in gardening and especially loved fishing—most of all when he could share those quiet moments on the water with his wife, Teresa.
Antonio will be deeply missed by his family, his church community, and the many friends whose lives he touched with his warmth, generosity, and gentle spirit. His legacy of love, hard work, and devotion will live on in all who knew him.
Memorial contributions may be made in Antonio’s honor to Grace Lutheran Church, Arlington, Texas.
